How soon will my coffee ship?
We roast to order, and your bag leaves us within 48 hours of roasting. That short window is the whole point — it means what lands on your doorstep tastes the way it did coming off the roaster.
Can I collect instead of having it delivered?
Yes. At checkout you can choose home delivery or collection from a pickup locker near you. Pick the locker that suits your routine and collect whenever it works for you.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is priced live at checkout based on your actual address, so you see the real figure before you pay rather than a flat guess.
How do I track my order?
Once your parcel is collected you'll be able to follow it from your account, under order history. Tracking updates as the courier scans it along the way.
What if something isn't right with my order?
Get in touch and we'll sort it out. If a bag arrives damaged, or it simply isn't what you expected, we'll arrange a replacement or a return.
Do you make custom blends?
That's what we're built around. Every blend is customised in-house rather than bought in, so if you're after a specific flavour profile, tell us and we'll build it.
